During the grinding process, the temperature in the machine should be strictly controlled. If the temperature is too high, it can be adjusted by water cooling. Stop the machine after the material fineness reaches the requirements.
Discharging: After the ball mill stops, immediately add the pre-prepared discharging liquid into the machine, start the machine and run it for 3 to 5 minutes to dilute the material in the machine, and then use vacuum to suck the material into the temporary storage tank. Then use 30 to 50 kg of clean water to rinse the residual material in the machine, and then use vacuum to suck the water into the temporary storage tank.
Dehydration: Place the suction filter in the suction filter tank, then open the discharge valve of the temporary storage tank and place the liquid in the tank into the suction filter tank. When the tank is full, close the valve, start the vacuum pump, open the dehydration valve and the water tank valve, and suck the water into the water tank for recycling. The slurry on the suction filter is unloaded and barreled after the solid content is qualified after inspection.
